YA Ink- Writing Dialogue

So how do you write seamless dialogue that will make your characters pop without the reader noticing you’re actually using dialogue? It’s all a matter of listening how real people speak and translating it into your writing. Don’t use too much dialogue, break it up with action, don’t overuse  tags and slang, use other novels to learn how it’s done, but most of all punctuate correctly!
